• IHG Way of Clean: developed in 2015 in partnership with Ecolab and Diversey, this program has been expanded with additional COVID-19 protocols and best practices by working closely with the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic.
• IHG Clean Promise: Good isn't good enough - we're committed to high levels of cleanliness. That means clean, well-maintained, clutter-free rooms that meet our standards. If this isn't what you find when you check in, then we promise to make it right.
• Our team members abide by all health and safety guidelines and adhere to new industry standards.
• Hand sanitizer stations are placed throughout public spaces and meeting room floors, along with product availability in-room.
• High-touch public spaces (lobby, elevators, bathrooms, meeting space, etc.) will have increased frequency of our normal cleaning schedule per day and during peak times.
• Higher air quality control will be monitored with increased air filter replacements and cleaning.
• Superior cleaning products with a greater concentration of bacteria-killing ingredients (per CDC guidelines) are used in all guestrooms and public spaces to ensure we are exceeding cleanliness standards.
